Eurospace Translation Bureau opened in 2004 . At that time, there were few organizations in Yekaterinburg providing similar services, and they mainly handled standard documents requiring subsequent notarization.
The beginning of the 21st century was marked by rapid economic growth, Russia’s entry onto the international stage, and the development of foreign economic relations with a number of foreign enterprises. As a result, services such as translation from foreign languages became increasingly popular.
Large clients began turning to us, and the tasks became more diverse in terms of format and content.
In 2010 , our translation bureau began offering clients additional services for diploma recognition and document legalization for 35 countries.
The use of CAT tools has enabled us to increase our workload and complete orders of any complexity with greater quality and speed. At the same time, all work is subject to strict supervision by qualified specialists: translators, proofreaders, and editors.
Before reaching the client, the completed text goes through proofreading, editing, and review.
The translation layout is also recreated during the process in full accordance with the original text — a process known as typesetting. As a result, the client receives exactly the same original document, but in another language.
In 2015 year, we began using translation memory technologies, known as CAT tools, which enabled us to reduce translation time through the following factors:
Use of ready-made fragments from the database
Automated work quality checks
Spelling and grammar checks
Use of specialized dictionaries, glossaries, and terminology databases
Merging the source text with the translation
The bureau is growing and developing. We are always happy to work on complex and large-scale projects; nevertheless, working with private individuals is an integral part of our business. In 2016 year, an additional office opened in Yekaterinburg, located at the office of notary O. V. Filippova. And on 1 February 2025 year, a new office opened in Yekaterinburg due to the change of notarial district for Olga Filippova’s notarial practice.
