"Website User Agreement"

This User Agreement governs the use of the website perevod-ekb.ru, and the rights and obligations of the Website owner and its visitors.
1. General provisions
The Website owner is individual entrepreneur Anna Arkadyevna Frolova, TIN 667221006209, PSRNIP 310667205700064, address: 620041, Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg, Smazchikov St., building 3, , apartment 37.
Use of the Website means that the User has read this Agreement. Consent to the processing of personal data, the use of optional cookies, and the receipt of marketing messages is obtained separately in the cases provided for on the Website.
The Agreement does not replace a public offer agreement or other agreements concluded when ordering services.
2. Purpose and use of the Website
The Website is intended for providing information about translation bureau services, calculating costs, submitting inquiries and orders, communicating with the Owner's representatives, and obtaining other information.
The User agrees to:
- comply with the laws of the Russian Federation and the rights of third parties;
- not attempt unauthorized access;
- not upload malicious code or create a load that interferes with the Website's operation;
- provide accurate information and not submit excessive data;
- have legal grounds for transferring documents and personal data of third parties.
3. Intellectual property
The Website's texts, images, logos, design, software elements, and other materials are protected by intellectual property law. Their copying, modification, distribution, and other use are permitted only with the copyright holder's consent, unless expressly provided otherwise by law.
4. Service information
The Owner strives to keep the information up to date; however, information about prices, turnaround times, and the scope of services may be for reference only until confirmed by a manager or a contract is concluded.
The Website may contain links to third-party resources. The Owner does not control such resources and is not responsible for their content or data-processing rules.
5. Liability
The Owner takes reasonable measures to ensure the Website's availability and security but does not guarantee the absence of temporary technical interruptions caused by maintenance, communication failures, or actions of third parties.
The Owner is not liable for losses arising from the User's unlawful actions, the provision of inaccurate information, or use of the Website in a manner contrary to this Agreement or the law.
Limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
6. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is governed by Personal Data Processing Policy, while the use of cookies is governed by Cookie Policy.
7. Amendments to the Agreement and contacts
The Owner may update the Agreement. The new version takes effect upon publication unless it specifies a different effective date.
